Alissos (Greek: Αλισσός) is a village in Achaea, Greece. The nearby communities are Kato Achaia to the west and Kaminia to the northeast in the municipality of Vrachneika. It is located 20 km southwest of Patras and 78 km northeast of Pyrgos. The GR-9 is just 600m north of the village.
